By accessing or using the WhatWebCo website and application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

WhatWebCo is a lead-generation and CRM platform that helps sales teams find prospects, manage pipelines, and coordinate outreach. Features include AI-powered lead generation, email integration, calendar sync, and team collaboration tools.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications that violate anti-spam laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Scrape or collect data from the Service except through officially supported features.
• Resell access to the Service without written consent from WhatWebCo.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Lead credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by WhatWebCo and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your data — including any data obtained through Google APIs.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Gmail. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatWebCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
